With the stifling heat wave that has gripped much of the midwest this last week, I’ve been looking into new ways to enjoy some fun in the water and decided to take the plunge (pun intended) on these cheap water guns.  The 18″ version costs only $2.33.  I’ll give a better review once I get them!
